GTCs — Ocean & Om

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all surf lessons, yoga sessions and packages offered by Ocean & Om in Hiriketiya, Sri Lanka. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Participation Requirements

Participants confirm that they are in good physical and mental condition to take part in surf and yoga activities. Any medical conditions, injuries or limitations must be communicated before the session.

Participation is at your own risk. Ocean & Om does not provide medical advice or treatment.

3. Safety and Responsibility

Safety is a top priority. All participants must follow the instructions of the surf instructors and yoga teachers at all times.

Ocean & Om is not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss or damage of personal belongings during lessons or sessions, except in cases of gross negligence.

4. Weather and Ocean Conditions

Surf and yoga sessions are dependent on weather and ocean conditions. Ocean & Om reserves the right to reschedule or adjust sessions if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

In case of cancellation due to weather, an alternative date or solution will be offered where possible.

5. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received or agreed upon. Prices are displayed on the website and may change without prior notice.

Packages are non transferable and must be used within the agreed time frame.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated as early as possible. Late cancellations or no shows may result in the session being charged in full.

7. Photography and Media

During sessions, photos or videos may be taken for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in media content, please inform Ocean & Om before the session.

8. Changes to the Terms

Ocean & Om reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always apply.
